Great customer service!

I have a set of 5’ Dream Whips for the dunes and a set of 2’ Dream whips for trail riding. Unfortunately one of my 2’ whips took a major hit from a large cottonwood branch.
When I ordered a replacement I ordered the RGBW version which had a different plug. Direct Igniter customer service helped figure out what had happened and shipped out the right Dream Whip immediately while I shipped the RGBW whip back. I have since added springs to my whip mounts which should reduce the damage when I encounter more branches which I will!
