Very happy with product, disappointed with shipping

I was very happy with the Traeger fire pot I bought from Direct Igniter, it fit my grill perfectly. However, I do wish there were screws to connect it to my grill. My Traeger is 12 years old and the screws were pretty corroded. I was able to rethread them, but think 4 new screws would have been a nice touch (and not added much to the cost of the unit). My complaint was with the shipping charge. The add said "free shipping", but when I completed the transaction they included an $8 shipping fee. I called Direct Igniter and they said they were in the process of changing their shipping procedures. The $8 fee was for 2 day shipping, free shipping would take 4 to 10 days. As this was the Monday before Thanksgiving and I was planning on smoking my turkey, I agreed to pay the $8 and they assured me the part would be there by Wednesday. Well it didn't arrive until Friday, so l paid $8 for the same service l would have gotten for free. I will probably use Direct Igniter again, as their product was good and cheaper then other sites, but I will be careful about the exact components (screws etc.) and the shipping costs.
